Mountain rescuers of Zakarpattia region adopt the experience of saving people in the mountains from their Polish colleagues
Rescuers of Zakarpattia region continue their partnership with their Polish colleagues . An example of such cooperation is the current visit of mountain rescuers of the SES of Zakarpattia region to the Subcarpathian Voivodeship of Poland. This international working meeting is being held within the framework of the joint project “Increasing Security in Border Regions” of the “Polish Aid for Development - 2019” program , funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland.
Dnipro City: a delegation from Estonia shared their experience in the development of volunteering in the fire protection
On October 23, a delegation from Estonia, including Janek Laev, the ex-director of the Emergency Response Center, his deputy Eva Rinne, and Estonian Rescue Center adviser Mart Halliasten, arrived with working visit to the Dnieper City. A meeting with the management of the Local Self-Government Development Center, representatives of the united territorial communities of Dnipropetrovsk and with personnel of the Rescue Service "101" was held. During the visit, they discussed the possibility of creating volunteer units in the region, a system of volunteer training and implementation of a pilot project based on the Tarom community.
In Chernihiv were held the grand summing up of Polish-Ukrainian cooperation
On October 16, a solemn summing-up of the Initiative "Improving the Civil Protection System in the United Territorial Communities of Ukraine", implemented by the Association of Volunteer Fire Teams of the Republic of Poland with the support of the U-LEAD Program in Europe, was held at the Office of the SES of Ukraine in Chernihiv Oblast.
